EASTON, Pa. – Senior attacker
Riley Sullivan was named the Patriot League's Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, after putting on a dominant display against nationally-ranked Colgate on Mar. 8.
The Roswell, Ga. native finished the week with a team-high five goals and a career-high seven assists to cap off a 12-point performance versus the then No. 14 Raiders. It was Sullivan's second double-digit point game of the campaign, after he netted a career-high seven goals and dished out three assists in the Leopards' win over Binghamton on Feb. 10.
After six games, the attackman leads the team with 16 goals, 17 assists and 33 points. Those totals rank him fourth in conference in goals per game (3.20), second in assists per game (3.40) and first in points per game (6.60), despite playing one less game than his opponents.
Lafayette's next game is at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, when it hosts NJIT for the program's Mental Health Awareness Game.
