Easton, Pa.- Continuing its legacy of excellence in the classroom, Lafayette women's lacrosse has been named as a 2025 Division I Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squad.
The Leopards placed a Patriot League second-best 12 student-athletes on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.
To qualify for the IWLCA Academic Honor Squad, a team must have posted a 3.2 GPA or higher for the academic year. Individually, players must be a junior, senior, or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater in order to be eligible for the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll.
Lafayette was one of 376 schools that the IWLCA named across Division I, II, III, and NAIA as Academic Honor Squads for the 2024-25 academic year. The association also honored 1,1176 student-athletes from 123 different institutions on its Division I Academic Honor Roll.
