EASTON, Pa.- Head coach Katie McConnell announced the addition of 11 first-year student-athletes to the women's lacrosse roster for the 2026 season on Friday afternoon. The group includes players from Pennsylvania (2), New York (2), Virginia (2), New Jersey (2), Connecticut, Michigan, and Illinois.
"It's with great excitement that we welcome the Class of 2029 to College Hill! This exceptional group of young women, coming from all across the country, is ready to make their mark," McConnell said. "We are certain they'll hit the ground running and have a lasting impact, both on and off the field."
#1 Caroline Capaldi | D
Capaldi hails from Malvern, Pa. and attended Villa Maria Academy. She participated in four sports: soccer (four years), basketball (one year), lacrosse (four years) and indoor track (three years). In lacrosse, the program was crowned the 2025 state champions (2A PA) and have been league title recipients since 2022. Capaldi started for all four seasons, earning First Team All-League, All-Main Line and All-Tournament Team honors. For soccer, she was Second Team All-League, All-Main Line honorable mention and was a 2023 2A PA District Champion. She personally holds the school record in the sprint medley for track and was a captain. She was team captain in all three sports as well. The Malvern, Pa. native received an honor roll for all four years as a member of the National Honor Society and the Andrea Thompson Memorial Award winner. She is active in the Blue and White Spirit Association and serves as a member of the peer ministry. Capaldi has five years of club lacrosse experience with the Philly Blast under Josie Tomaino. The incoming defender has two brothers, Jack and Luke. Her brother, Jack plays football for Fordham while her father, John, competed for Gettysburg. Julie, her mother, was a field hockey and lacrosse athlete for Lafayette.

#4 Emma Toner | M
From Oyster Bay, N.Y., Toner brings two years of varsity experience from St. Anthony's lacrosse. The program was ranked first in the country by USA Lacrosse and secured four conference championships. Toner was titled the Rookie of the Year and earned the spirit award, All-League and academic team laurels. The midfielder secured a high honor roll for every quarter of her high school career. She also played four seasons of basketball as a point/shooting guard with 970 career points and two First-Team All-CHSAA laurels. Toner has club experience with the LI Yellowjackets under Lindsay Rella and Becky Thorne. Her father, Joseph, played baseball for St. John's.
#6 Georgia Swarr | A
Swarr comes to College Hill from Glen Allen, Va. and Deep Run High School. She was a dual-sport athlete with ties to lacrosse and field hockey. For lacrosse, she collected 245 career goals as the top-scorer on the team. Swarr was selected as the 2025 Region 6A Player of the Year, a three-time First Team All-Metro honoree, a three-time First Team All-Region nominee, a 2023 First Team All-State player and a US Lacrosse Academic All-American in 2024-25. Deep Run gave her the 2024 History Award and named her as an AP Scholar with Distinction for the 2024-25 year. Swarr co-founded the school's chapter of Morgan's Message and was a member of the Science National Honor Society. She has club experience with the Yellowjackets South under coach Christina D'Angelo, ranked 37th by US Club Lacrosse. In field hockey, she was named to the First Team All-Region squad. Her sister, Virginia, attends the University of Virginia.
#11 Molly Cunningham | GK
Cunningham attended Deep Run alongside her new teammate, Swarr, with both of them raised in Glen Allen, Va. Cunningham has registered over 450 saves, averaging over 10 saves and two ground balls per game, during her high school career. As a sophomore she earned Third Team All-Region honors before Honorable Mention All-Region and Honorable Mention All-Metro as a junior. In her final campaign, she secured First Team All-Region and another Honorable Mention All-Metro. She received four years of honor roll alongside a Spanish excellence award, AP Scholar with Distinction title and a scholarship from the Deep Run Booster Club for Athletics. She also played on the field hockey team, marking three seasons on varsity with three goals and three defensive saves as a Second Team All-Region center back. Cunningham is a Morgan's Message ambassador, a member of the Spanish Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta. She has club experience with the Yellowjackets South under coach Christina D'Angelo. Her mother, Sally, competed for William & Mary's track team just like her grandfather, Hal Michael. Cunningham has one sister, Emma, and one brother, Robbie.

#12 Abby Phelan | D
Phelan hails from Wilton, Conn. and played four sports for Wilton High School. In lacrosse, the program ended as the 2025 FCIAC Conference runner-up. Personally, the incoming freshman was named First Team All-Conference, All-State, Academic All-State and a senior captain. Phelan was recognized as a National Merit Commended Student and a CAS-CIAC Scholar Athlete, earning her both the US JCI Senate Scholarship and the Arthur J. Wall Jr. Memorial Scholarship. She secured a high honor roll and participated in the National Honor Society, the Spanish Honor Society and was the student government class treasurer. Lastly, Phelan was a gold medalist for the Congressional Award. She also secured three years of basketball, four seasons of cross country and one year of indoor track experience. The Leopard has two sisters, Maddie and Ally. Her father, Jim, played baseball for the University of Connecticut while her sister, Maddie, is a lacrosse athlete for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

#13 Charlotte Ullman | A
Ullman, hailing from Upper Saddle River, N.J. and Suffern High School, has three years of varsity lacrosse and field hockey background. In lacrosse, her team has three Section 1 Regional championships and a pair of state semifinal finishes. She captained the team in 2025 after earning All-Section Honorable Mention and All-League nods. Ullman was also a LOHUD Player to Watch and has four years of honor roll laurels. She received the Judy Buono Scholarship for Leadership. In her free time, she volunteered for Suffern girls youth lacrosse as a coach, was a part of Paws for Chance and a member of Play It Forward club. Ulman has club experience for Compass Lacrosse in Westchester County, N.Y. under Michelle Mason and Stephanie Sumsick. Her sister, Emily, played lacrosse for Colgate.
#15 Maggie Rost | M
Rost makes the short trek to College Hill from Phoenixville, Pa. She recorded over 150 draw controls and 50 goals as a midfielder for Phoenixville High School. Rost captained the program for two seasons, collecting the following accolades: All-PAC First Team, PASLA All-Academic, Team MVP, PASLA Player of the Week and All-Mercury First Team. Academically, she retained four years of distinguished honor roll, the Rotary Club Scholarship, Varsity Club Scholarship and the Norman V Infererra III Memorial Scholarship. Similar to Swarr, Rost served as the co-President of Phoenixville's Morgan's Message chapter. She fulfilled her positions as Vice President of the Varsity Club and Science Club while acting as the secretary for the National Honor Society. Her club lacrosse experience lies with Jen Duckenfield of Dynasty Elite. She set the school record in SMR (400m leg) at the New Balance Indoor Nationals. Rost competed on the indoor track team for two seasons as a sprinter. Rost has one brother, Will. Her mother, Ryan, played lacrosse at Villanova while her father, Ben, was a U.S. Army Infantry Officer.

#21 Lela Lantigua | M
Lantigua is the lone Leopard to travel from Franklin, Michigan. She played three sports at Cranbrook Kingswood: lacrosse, ice hockey and field hockey. As a midfielder, Lantigua had three years of varsity experience ending as 2025 Catholic League champions and state semifinalists. Her personal accolades were First Team All-State, All-League, team MVP and team captain. Cranbrook recognized her as the 2024-25 Athlete of the Year. As a member of the athletic leadership council and the peer-to-peer mentoring group, she contributed two years on the Dean's List. The ice and field hockey teams were also successful during her tenure, posting state runner-up and Catholic League titles. For club lacrosse, she played for Revolution Lacrosse in Massachusetts. Her mother, Stephanie, played soccer for Bucknell. Both of her grandparents were student-athletes at the University of Connecticut. Lantigua has one sister, Ella.
#24 Alexa Grom | D
Grom is from Chatham, N.J. She played lacrosse and soccer for Chatham, winning a total of two state championships and two county championships. Through four varsity letters, the defender was named First Team All-State, First Team All-Group 3 and First Team All-Conference (Stars & Stripes Division) in 2025. She totaled one goal, seven draw controls and 38 ground balls during her career. Grom was a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society, had high honor roll for three years and was named to the Big State Sports All-Academic Team. Grom has club lacrosse experience with STEPS ELITE Navy, which competed in the STEPS Lacrosse National Championship in 2022. In her free time, she assisted TopSoccer as a coach for kids with special needs of all ranges of ability and ages. She has three sisters, Kayla, Emma and Charlotte. Her father, Chuck, played football for Holy Cross. Her aunt and two uncles also played lacrosse for Notre Dame, Ithaca College and Cornell, respectively.

#26 Lilli Rauch | M
Rauch grew up in Orchard Park, N.Y. and attended Buffalo Seminary. She played four years of lacrosse and field hockey with 10 years of alpine ski racing background (slalom and giant slalom). In lacrosse, Rauch was a three-time All-American, a three-time All-Western New York, a two-time Monsignor Martin Player of the Year, a four-time team MVP and a four-time Monsignor Martin First Team honoree. She led the field hockey team in goals and assists and was an Empire State Game Qualifier four times in ski racing. Rauch graduated Cum Laude with three years of high honor roll laurels, the Bank on Buffalo scholarship, Math Student of the Year title and an AP Scholar with Distinction award. She competed for the Empress lacrosse club and recorded the following extracurriculars: Connect Life Club President, Urban Garden Club President, Morgan's Message President and Leukemia Lymphoma Society Student of the Year participant (who raised 35,000 dollars). Rauch has two sisters, Hannah and Grace, alongside one brother, James. Hannah and Grace swam for Bentley and St. Lawrence, respectively. James was a part of the crew team at St. Lawrence with his sister. Rauch's uncle, Andy, played lacrosse for Navy and Team USA, while her cousins, Andrew and Connor also compete for the Mids.

#35 Logan Savarie | A
Savarie traveled to the East coast from Winnetka, Ill. and New Trier High School, the 2025 state champion in lacrosse this past spring. Her club team, Team ONE Wildcat, aided her to an American Select - Midwest Team 2022-23 honor and a spot on the USA National Illinois Team in 2022. She has two brothers who were collegiate athletes with a younger brother who will be playing football in the NCAA next fall. In her free time, she also competed in a competitive boys hockey club for several years.
The Maroon and White are currently undergoing preparations, including conditioning and skill practices at the Wallach Sports Performance and Lacrosse Center, for the upcoming 2026 season.
