EASTON, Pa.- Youth field hockey players will have a one-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn directly from Olympians at the "Pave the Way to L.A." clinic, hosted at Lafayette's Rappolt Field on Sunday, Sept. 21.
The clinic will be led by former Olympians and U.S. Women's National Team members Char Morett-Curtiss, Claire Laubach Latham and Elle Stone Race from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. All ages and skill levels are encouraged to participate. Participants will build core skills, sharpen strategic ideas and connect with their heroes in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Attendees will be admitted to watch the Leopards play Penn State on that very same field at noon. Following the game, clinic players are invited to a post-game meet & greet and autograph signing with the Leopards, Nittany Lions and all of the professional coaches.
"The clinic is a unique way for our community to directly impact Team USA's success," said Pam Stuper, Executive Director of the USA Field Hockey Foundation. "Every registration helps provide the resources our National Team needs as they prepare for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. By training with Olympians, participants aren't just improving their own game, they're fueling the dreams of our athletes on the world stage."
