NCAA East Regional Results

Jacksonville, Fla. - Lafayette senior hammer thrower Rachel Pena competed in the NCAA East Regional Championships in Jacksonville, Fla. on Thursday. She was one of 48 throwers from the region to qualify for the championships.

Pena was placed in the third flight with the top throwers in the east. She finished in 17th place with a toss of 57.67m (189-2). Princeton's Julia Ratcliffe won the event with a throw of 67.51m (221-6).
