BETHLEHEM, Pa. -
Cole Berger shot an even par-72 in the second and final round of the Lehigh Invitational to climb the leaderboard and finish in a T-2 in the two-day event held on the Grace Course at Saucon Valley Country Club.
The sophomore began the day at T-11 following a first round 75, but turned in the third best performance on Saturday to move up nine spots. He also finished the event tied with Iona's Oisin Deveruex for the most birdies with eight.
Sophomore
Brendan Cronin, the Patriot League Golfer of the Month for September, also turned in a top-20 performance with a 75-77 which put him in a T-16 with 152. As a team, the Leopards finished in 11th place.
The final event on the fall schedule for the Lafayette men's golf team is the FGCU Classic at the Old Corkscrew Golf Club in Estero, Fla. on October 28-29.
