BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Maroon and White golf team sits in fourth place, tied with Holy Cross, after day two of the Patriot League Championships at Saucon Valley Country Club, Grace Course.
Lafayette shot a 307 in round two, moving to fourth place with a 603 overall as the Leopards head into the final round of the tournament.
Junior Sean Saw rests in fifth place overall, carding a two-over-par 146 (70-76). Classmate Quint Dingledine sits t-13 with a 151 (76-75) and sophomore Harry Dessel is tied for 20th after shooting a 76 in round one and 77 in round two (153).
Freshman Winston Kelenc-Blank finished t-24 after round two with a 154 (75-79) and senior Carter Ablon is tied for 32nd with a 156 (77-79). Freshman Hudson Pace is tied for 39th (75-82-157).
Loyola leads the team competition with a score of 588 total, paced by Carlo Pizzano (73-71-144) who is the overall leader.
The final round of the Patriot League Golf Championship is set for Sunday at 10 a.m.
