Baseball Announces 2026 Schedule

Lafayette will play 50 games and 16 at Kamine Stadium

EASTON, Pa. - Lafayette head baseball coach A.J. Miller announced the team's 2026 schedule on Thursday, playing a 50-game slate that features 16 games at Kamine Stadium. 

"As we have in years past, we set out to challenge ourselves with our pre-conference schedule", Miller said. "This year will be tough, but we are excited to compete and know that this schedule will best prepare us for when we enter Patriot League play."

The Leopards begin their 2026 slate venturing to Baltimore, Md. for a three-game set against Coppin State on Feb. 13-15. Lafayette then travels to Miami for a four-game series with the Hurricanes on Feb. 20-22. A regional Bicentennial event will be held in conjunction with the Feb. 21 game against Miami.

The road swing continues with three games at William and Mary, as February comes to a close. The following week, the Maroon and White travel to Binghamton. N.Y. to play the Bearcats for a single game on March 3. Lafayette then goes to N.C. State for a three-game series on March 7-9, before heading to La Salle for a single game on March 11. The Leopards open Patriot League play with a three-game series at Bucknell starting on March 13. On the 17th of March, the Maroon and White travel to Manhattan for a mid-week matchup.

Lafayette returns to Easton on March 18 for its home opener versus La Salle. Army comes to College Hill for a doubleheader on March 21, followed by a single game on March 22. The Leopards are on the road again to close out the month, venturing to Monmouth on March 24 before starting a three-game series at Holy Cross on March 27. Lafayette concludes the month with an opening-round game in the Liberty Bell Classic against Villanova on March 31.

On April 1, the Leopards will face Manhattan for a second time in 2026, hosting the Jaspers at Kamine Stadium, followed by a three-game home series against Bucknell on April 4-5. The Maroon and White will travel for a second round Liberty Bell Classic game on April 7, to play a yet-to-be determined opponent.

The six-game road trip continues in Annapolis, Md., for a four-game series against Navy that starts on April 10. A trip to Jersey City, N.J. for a single game against St. Peter's on April 15 follows. Rival Lehigh comes to town on April 17-19 for a four-game series at Kamine Stadium. Lafayette is on the road again for a mid-week contest against Wagner on April 21, and then a three-game series versus Army on April 25-26. The Leopards close out their non-conference slate against St. Peter's on April 29, before hosting the final weekend of league play on May 2-3 against Holy Cross.

The Patriot League Tournament semifinal round is slated to begin May 9, with the championship set for May 16.
