EASTON, Pa. – Sophomore Ida Moczerniuk secured Patriot League Track Athlete of the Week honors after her performance at the Bob Davidson Team Challenge on Saturday at High Point University.

The Fairfield, Conn. native reeled in sixth place in the 100 meters with a time of 11.84, surpassing the Lafayette school record, her own record of 12.02 from the 2023-24 outdoor Patriot League Championships.

The biology major also collected fifth in the 200 meters, finishing in 24.04.

Both of Moczerniuk's times in the 100 and 200 meters are No. 1 in the Patriot League for the year.

The Leopards host their first home meet of the season, the Leopard Invite, on Saturday at 11 a.m.
