LEWISBURG, Pa. – Track and field competed at the Bucknell Tune Up on Friday, taking home three victories and adding three new performances to the Lafayette All-Time Top 10.
Senior pole vaulter Benjamin Hill captured the win in the pole vault, vaulting 15' 11" for No. 3 all-time.
Running for the men, senior J.P. Pfisterer enjoyed the victory in the 400 meters with a final time of 49.52, claiming No. 7 all-time. Junior John Liedtka took home first in the 60-meter hurdles, crossing the finish line at 8.35. Senior Liam Sawian secured No. 8 all-time in the 60-meter hurdles with his time in prelims, 8.52. Sawian snagged third overall with a final time of 8.57.
Junior Harrison Rosen reeled in third in the 60 meters (7.02) while sophomore Kaseme Leckie finished fifth in the 200 meters (22.32). Freshman Ethan Buck ran 16:17.43 in the 5,000 meters for third place.
For the women, senior Kira Marr claimed the victory in the 3,000 meters with a final time of 10:27.88. Freshman Lexi Powers crossed the finish line fifth in the 3000 meters (11:04.32).
In the field, freshman Kennedy Miller ended third in the shot put with a 42' 2" put. Miller also threw 49' 10.5" in the weight throw for fifth place.
The Maroon and White will head to Boston University for the Patriot League Championships on Feb. 28-March 1.
