A two-time Patriot League Player of the Year, Jen Rothrock '97 holds Lafayette career records for hits, doubles, runs batted in and runs scored. She is also second all-time at Lafayette in batting average, home runs and triples. Rothrock's .415 batting average landed her among the NCAA leaders in 1997, a performance that earned her Second Team All-Mid-Atlantic honors in addition to her conference laurels. Rothrock, a member of the Patriot League All-Decade Team, was the 1997 Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of Year and GTE-CoSIDA All-District Academic All-America as a Biology major.

Rothrock remained on the diamond after graduation as an assistant coach at Notre Dame High School in Bethlehem and later at Franklin & Marshall College.

She earned a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from MCP Hahnemann University (now the Drexel University College of Medicine) in 2000 and continues to work in the physical therapy field. Rothrock is currently a site manager for Good Shepherd in Stroudsburg, Pa. She has been a part of Big Brothers and Big Sisters since 2003.
