Dicker is one of the most decorated wrestlers in the program's history and becomes the fourth former grappler to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Wrestling at the 190-pound weight class, Dicker was a two-time NCAA qualifier who finished with a career record of 84-18-2, the most wins in school history.

In his final two seasons on College Hill, the Easton, Pa. native amassed a mark of 49-6-1. As a junior, he finished second in the East Coast Conference championships while wrestling to a first-place finish as a senior in 1985. That year he also was named the East Coast Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year and was the recipient of the Class of 1913 Trophy, given annually to one male and one female senior student-athlete who distinguish themselves as an athlete and a scholar.

Dicker, who graduated with a degree in Government and Law, worked for 25 years at Lafayette in Development and College Relations, the final 12 years as the division's Vice President. In 2014, he assumed the role of Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Temple University. Since 2017, he has served as the Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Delaware.
